Model scope and payment timing

These are finite mathematical accumulation or withdrawal scenarios using a constant nonnegative nominal annual rate compounded monthly. They do not price an insurance contract, lifetime income, mortality, beneficiary benefits or guarantees. Taxes, fees, inflation, surrender charges and changing returns are excluded. An actual annuity depends on its contract and insurer.

The initial deposit starts at time zero. Each completed month grows the balance, then adds the monthly deposit at month end. A partial final month grows the existing balance by the same fractional compounding factor and adds no partial deposit. The selected horizon is 0 to 50 years; zero years adds no deposits or growth. All money totals are computed before display rounding.

Annuity product scope: SEC Investor.gov and NAIC, checked October 5, 2026. The schedules and entered constant rate above are scenario assumptions, not product terms or current market rates.
